The luxury property is located a short distance from one of the best beach promenades around Marbella. The area is friendly and family-oriented, and it is 6 km from Marbella.
This villa is located near the beach and is absolutely stunning. The owners' skillful interior design has made this property a truly unique holiday home.
Everything is of top-of-the-range quality. A fantastic and luxurious "setting" around your well-deserved vacation.
Within the immediate area, you'll find a supermarket, restaurants, a bakery, a pay-and-play paddle tennis court, a beauty salon and hairdresser, and a children's playground. Along the beach, both to the west and east, you'll find a variety of restaurants, beach clubs, and typical Spanish chiringuitos (beach bars).
Marbella Golf & Country Club and Santa Clara Golf are within a 2km radius.
The villa faces due south to west and is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It comprises a two-story, contemporary-style building with several ground-floor living rooms and four spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
