This 6-bedroom villa is located on the beachfront and is absolutely stunning. The owners' interior design skills have made this property a unique vacation home.
This villa has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a guest toilet and for spa lovers, amenities such as a Turkish steam bath and an indoor jacuzzi.
Everything is of high quality. A fantastic and luxurious setting for your well-deserved vacation.
As you ascend to the villa's impressive terrace level, you will be completely blown away by the magnificent view and feel like you are "on top of the world". Absolutely majestic!!
You will enjoy Marbella with its impressive mountain range as a backdrop or Gibraltar and Africa in the distance on a clear day, and last but not least, an imposing image of nature and tranquility... the Mediterranean Sea.
On the roof terrace there is a large lounge, a bar and an outdoor jacuzzi.
The villa is perfect for guests with reduced mobility as the elevator can take you from the basement to the upper terrace.
It consists of a contemporary building on 3 levels with an open living space and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor as well as a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms face south and have access to a terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee while gazing at the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
In the basement area there are 2 bedrooms and a spa area with jacuzzi, Turkish steam bath and shower.
The exterior features a 6x3.5m swimming pool. The dining table seats 12 and a large gas barbecue is provided. There are plenty of sun loungers on the terrace. The protected pools leading to the beach provide a natural "fence" for your privacy.

In the immediate vicinity, you'll find a supermarket, a few restaurants, a bakery, a paddle/tennis court (for a fee), a beauty and hair salon, and a playground for small children.
