This recently renovated villa is built to the highest standards. Upon entering this remarkable villa, you will appreciate the quality that permeates the property.
The villa has four double bedrooms and a family room with two separate beds. It is located just 400 meters from the famous Los Naranjos Golf Club and 900 meters from La Quinta Golf Club. It has four bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. The beach is just two kilometers from the marina and beaches of Puerto Banus.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to twelve people.
There are fantastic relaxation areas both inside and out. There is a large living and dining room on the ground floor, which also houses the fully modern kitchen with all the expected modern appliances. Downstairs has the bar area and access to the pool and games area, which has the large jacuzzi. The pool can be heated if required in spring or autumn. The outside offers dining and relaxation areas. The owners have installed a small putting green, so all golf enthusiasts can practice their putting, you can also play table tennis and there is a bowling green, so plenty to keep everyone occupied.
All bedrooms are spacious with plenty of wardrobe space; the master enjoys a walk in dressing room.

For those who enjoy walking, you can get to Puerto Banus and Marbella from the Paseo along the Golden Mile. Once there, you can visit the old town, which is the city center. It is full of history and charm; this part of the city cannot be missed. Another must-see is the famous Orange Square. Both Marbella and Puerto Banus offer everything in the way of bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. You will find many reasons to return again and again: the small bars and shops, the ancient Roman wall, the narrow cobbled streets and colorful balconies, and of course, the locals, who are truly friendly and open.
The villa is located a short distance from the Puerto Banus bullring and Centro Plaza, where you can find shops, restaurants, banks, and a supermarket. The Marbella Casino and the beach are also a short distance away. SIERRA NEVADA is a fantastic holiday experience for the whole family!! This ski paradise is not just for skiers, but is also attractive to the whole family, regardless of age or fitness level. Sierra Nevada is only a two-hour drive from Marbella. You can drive there in one day. Sierra Nevada normally closes the weekend in May.
