Welcome to our luxury, modern villa in the prime location of Puerto Banus. This exceptional property offers a private, secure garden with a heated swimming pool. Located in a semi-gated and secure complex, our villa offers a peaceful setting for families to relax in while being just steps from the fashionable beaches, shops, and restaurants of the famous Puerto Banus yacht marina. Convenient beach access is available via a secure private entrance.
The villa has been recently rebuilt to the highest standards of luxury, showcasing state-of-the-art design and architecture. Spread over two levels, the property features a spacious living and dining area, as well as a designer kitchen with an island. Large floor-to-ceiling windows surround the room, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a beautiful family entertainment area.
The ground floor houses a welcoming living area, as well as a guest toilet and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the first floor, you'll find additional luxurious living spaces with private terraces. The villa is perfect for families and couples, and therefore we do not accept party or event groups in the villa and we do not accept bookings from groups of people of the same sex.
