Welcome to this charming Andalusian-style villa located in the beautiful urbanization of Los Monteros. Just minutes from the pristine beach and the renowned La Cabane Beach Resort, this villa offers the perfect blend of luxury and convenience. Its prime location is very close to the center of Marbella, the local hospital, a supermarket, and the Los Monteros Racket Club, where you can enjoy a game of tennis or paddle tennis.
Upon entering through the beautiful antique wooden door, you are greeted by a staircase on the right leading to the floor, where you will find four beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a large balcony with a comfortable sitting area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. There is also a children's bedroom with two single beds, alongside a bedroom with a single bed; these two bedrooms share a bathroom. In addition, there is another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
On the ground floor, to the right of the stairs, is the only bedroom on the ground floor, which has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the terrace and garden. The ground floor also includes a spacious living room with two sofas and a large flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing and entertaining. Adjacent to the living room is a dining room and a beautiful, fully equipped blue kitchen, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals with family and friends. From the dining room, you can step directly onto the covered terrace, which has a cozy sofa for relaxing and a dining table with a barbecue for outdoor dining.
