The owner's note, Lola

The single-story villa has 4 bedrooms, but can sleep 10. Three bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has two bunk beds.
The villa was built in the 1970s, but the owner has maintained the property well. The garden is truly magnificent.
The private pool area faces south, so you can enjoy the sun from morning to night. There are sun loungers on the property. Right next to the pool, there is a covered terrace for those who want to relax on the sofa or dining table.
Air conditioning: 1 central unit for the entire house
WIFI: available free of charge.
Barbecue: gas
The villa's immediate surroundings are quiet and family-friendly. A 3-minute drive away, you'll find small shops, bars, a variety of restaurants and bars, as well as a large supermarket and a night market. Also close by is the famous Nikki Beach Marbella beach club.
For acrobatic sports, you'll find Aventura Amazonia in the area, where you can swing through the trees and conquer a vertical climbing wall... Good luck!!
This is truly an excellent family holiday home at an affordable price.
The nearest shopping center and Marbella town center are a 10-minute drive away.
Marbella is famous for its historical features, including the famous Salvador Dali sculptures set amid beautiful fountains near the sandy beaches. There are wonderful shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as a typical old Spanish square called "Plaza de las Naranjos." Like other towns in the region, Marbella hosts numerous festivals throughout the year.

Baby bed and high chair:
We would be happy to provide you with a baby cot and high chair. The price for one week is 30 euros. For two weeks, it's 50 euros, including sheets. Ask at the office.
