The owner's note, Lola

This luxury villa is located just 2 km from the best beach on the Costa del Sol. This house has been completely renovated in a luxurious style with magnificent views.
The plot of this villa is 1390m2. There is a terrace on the floor, a covered terrace on the ground floor.
Through the main door you enter a spacious hall with direct access to the beautiful and bright dining room. To the right you will find a fantastic living room with a large screen TV and all the necessary HIFI equipment.
Passing the dining room you have access to the terrace to your right with a dining table for 4 and a seating area for 8 people. The views from the terrace are incredible and the surroundings are very peaceful.
The kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves to cook. There is a more than well-equipped kitchen with no less than 2 inn-building ovens and a stove and an American fridge/freezer.
From the kitchen you have access to a small terrace for morning coffees.
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with all bathrooms and a guest toilet.
The spacious master bedroom has a 1.80 * 2.00 double bed with half walk in wardrobes. From this bedroom you have direct access to the ground floor terrace with dining area for 6 people a garden area with private (* heated) swimming pool, jacuzzi and sun loungers for absolute relaxation.
The other rooms have double beds 180 * 200.
In this area, garden and pool, you go further down to a small soccer field for the little ones to tumble around. The premise is a closed area.
The El Rosario area is located 5 km east of Marbella. This is an area where you can experience the happy holiday lifestyle without the noise of inland Marbella/Puerto Banus. These towns are within a 7-12 minute drive, and nightclubs, bars, and high-end designer boutiques are widely represented.

We would like to inform you that we are happy to provide a high chair and baby bed for you. The total cost for the entire stay is
