The accommodation features a spacious, bright living room, furnished with comfortable sofas, a convivial dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your meals with ease.
On the night side, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x200 cm) and the other with a double bed (160x200 cm), offering comfortable resting spaces. A convertible sofa "RAPIDO" type (140x200 cm) in the living room completes the sleeping arrangements to accommodate additional vacationers in complete comfort.
For added convenience, the accommodation has a separate toilet where a washing machine is at your disposal.
Outside, you'll enjoy a 300 m² private garden and a west-facing terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying al fresco meals. An electric barbecue is also available for cozy evenings with friends or family.

The accommodation has a large garden in which you can park a vehicle. A second private parking space is also attached to the accommodation.

The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
The apartment is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €100 including tax.
Mandatory cleaning in July and August.
