This charming 27 m² air-conditioned apartment, located on the 2nd floor without elevator of the "Viabella 2" residence, is ideal for a comfortable stay by the sea. Its large double-glazed bay window allows you to enjoy the lively atmosphere of the seaside resort while maintaining a true haven of peace inside. The bedroom, meanwhile, overlooks a fenced interior courtyard, offering a very calm and secure setting.
The accommodation consists of a bright living room with a sofa bed (120x190), a cozy dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and toilet for added convenience. The bedroom offers a cozy space with a 140x200 cm double bed, guaranteeing peaceful nights.
For the youngest, a low-ceilinged mezzanine, accessible above the living room, creates a real little play "cabin", equipped with two 80x190 cm beds, ideal for children looking for a space all to themselves.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
The apartment is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €200 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €60 including tax.
