The accommodation consists of a bright living room furnished with two convertible sofas (140 cm), a convivial dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your meals with ease. You will also benefit from a spacious bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle, toilet and a washing machine for added convenience.
Outside, you'll enjoy a small private garden and a south-facing terrace, providing a pleasant setting for relaxing moments. The natural shade of a large acacia tree will allow you to enjoy moments of freshness, even on the sunniest days.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
The apartment is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €200 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €60 including tax.
Mandatory cleaning in July and August.
Payment for cleaning on site if not included in the reservation.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are welcome in this accommodation, with a supplement of €40 per stay.
