The accommodation has two bedrooms: one equipped with a double bed (140 cm), and the other with two single beds, perfect for accommodating children or friends. In the bright living room, you will find a convertible sofa (140 cm), offering additional sleeping space for greater flexibility.
Outside, you will enjoy the peace and quiet of a large shaded wooden terrace of 17 m², ideal for outdoor meals, as well as a private garden of 208 m², perfect for moments of relaxation or family games.
For a refreshing dip, Marina Lodge's shared pool is accessible to all residents and is open from June 1st to September 30th. The new residence also offers a playground and fruit garden, adding a natural charm to your stay.
On the practical side, the accommodation includes two private parking spaces as well as a large secure bicycle garage, ideal for exploring the surrounding area with complete peace of mind.

The accommodation includes 2 parking spaces at the entrance to the residence and a "drop-off" space 15m from the front door, very practical for unloading luggage!

Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €100 including tax.
