This superb 27 m² one-bedroom apartment, located on the top floor of a new residence, "Le Saint-Louis," is fully equipped to offer you a comfortable and pleasant stay. Accessible by elevator, it benefits from a privileged location just 100 m from the beach, perfect for a seaside vacation.
The accommodation consists of a bright living room with two 140 cm bunk beds, a sofa bed, a convivial dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your meals with ease. Adjoining the living room, a spacious bathroom offers all the necessary comfort with a shower cubicle, toilet and a washing machine for added convenience.
Outside, you will enjoy a south-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation and taking full advantage of the Mediterranean climate.

The accommodation has a private, numbered parking space in the heart of the residence.

The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
The apartment is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €200 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €60 including tax.
Mandatory cleaning in July and August.
