RP01 - This pleasant air-conditioned apartment is located in a gated residence with a shared seasonal swimming pool and pétanque courts.
This 35 m² air-conditioned apartment, located on the 3rd floor (without elevator) of the "La Résidence de la Plage" residence, benefits from an exceptional seafront location, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. It is fully equipped to guarantee you a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The bright living room includes a sofa bed (140x190 cm), a television, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen to meet your needs. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, while the toilet is separate for added convenience. The bedroom offers a comfortable resting space with a 160x200 cm double bed. To stay connected, the accommodation is also equipped with Wi-Fi.
The entire accommodation is located on one level, access to the top of the stairs is blocked.
The residence's shared pool is open from May 7th to September 29th, and a lifeguard is on duty daily from July 13th to August 18th to ensure safe swimming. A perfect setting for a relaxing, comfortable vacation with exceptional views of the Mediterranean.
The accommodation has a private, numbered parking space in the heart of the residence.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or even renting bikes and the joy of riding along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coast.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
The apartment is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €60 including tax.
