ML04 - Superb apartment on the floor with its large terrace
This bright, fully equipped 47 m² apartment is ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It features a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed and a sofa bed of the same size in the living room, providing additional sleeping accommodations. Its large terrace is perfect for enjoying relaxing moments outdoors and enjoying the mild Mediterranean climate. The communal pool, shared with Marina Lodge residents, is open from June 1st to September 30th, guaranteeing refreshing moments throughout the summer.
The accommodation has a parking space at the entrance to the residence and a "drop-off" space 15m from the front door, very practical for unloading luggage!
Vias offers its visitors 5 km of fine sandy beach, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere and preserved natural spaces to discover through pleasant discovery circuits, ideal for holidays in Occitanie.
This typical Occitan village nestled in a remarkable natural area is a modern and dynamic seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for a family vacation.
The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or even renting bikes and the joy of riding along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coast.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €84 including tax.
Mandatory cleaning in July and August.

Youth groups are not accepted.
