PA03 - In the quiet of the "Résidences du Parc" residence in Vias beach, this warm 41m² house will allow you to spend pleasant holidays with your family.
This charming 41 m² air-conditioned accommodation has been designed to offer you a comfortable, practical and pleasant stay.
Located at the rear of a gated and secure residence, the house benefits from a quiet environment while being ideally situated: the beach, shops and the main avenue are within walking distance.
On the ground floor, you will enjoy a beautiful, bright living room comprising:
a living room with a television
a convivial dining area
a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen allows you to cook like at home and has: dishwasher, washing machine, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave as well as all the necessary cooking equipment.
Also on the ground floor, the bathroom is equipped with a shower and a sink, with a separate toilet for added comfort.
On the sleeping side, the accommodation offers two comfortable bedrooms:
a ground floor bedroom with a double bed (140 × 190 cm),
an upstairs bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm) and two single beds (90 × 190 cm), ideal for a family.
👉 All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows.
Upstairs, you will also find a mezzanine furnished with:
a lounge area with a television
an office space, perfect for relaxing or working remotely.
Outside, you will enjoy a large, private terrace at the rear of the residence, equipped with:
garden furniture,
electric barbecue
two deckchairs.

Free and secure parking spaces are available in the residence.
👉 Upon your arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service provides you with a welcome kit including: tea towels, microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags and a bath mat.
👉 The RIBOLEYS team will personally welcome you for the key handover and will remain available throughout your stay.
👉 A baby kit (travel cot + high chair) is available as an option for €10 per stay.
The accommodation has two numbered parking spaces in the residence's shared parking lot.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from on-site parking. Numerous water sports are available on the different beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddleboarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking, and more. The accommodation is located near a multitude of restaurants, bars, and other shops.
This charming house is located in a private and secure gated community. The entire property is enclosed. The community is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault region.
In July and August, rentals are only from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €200 will be required upon arrival.

Outside of July-August: optional (84 € incl. VAT).
July and August: mandatory cleaning service at €84 including tax.
