ON01 - In the heart of the gated community "Les Ondines", this 45m² 2-bedroom villa will surprise you with its peaceful setting and large, sheltered terrace.
This lovely 45 m² air-conditioned villa has been designed to offer year-round comfort and conviviality. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included), a dining area, and a welcoming lounge with a sofa and television—the perfect place to gather with family or friends. The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. A washing machine is discreetly installed under the stairs for added convenience.
On the night side, the villa has two comfortable bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a 160x190 cm trundle bed, the other upstairs with a 160x200 cm bed.
Outside, a sunny terrace invites you to enjoy your meals or relax in the sun in a typically Mediterranean setting. And for grilling enthusiasts, a charcoal barbecue is also available!
The accommodation has a parking space within the gated community "Les Ondines." For other vehicles, free parking is available across the street.
Vias offers its visitors 5 km of fine sandy beach, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere and preserved natural spaces to discover through pleasant discovery circuits, ideal for holidays in Occitanie.
This typical Occitan village nestled in a remarkable natural area is a modern and dynamic seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for a family vacation.
The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or even renting bikes and the joy of riding along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coast.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €84 including tax.
Mandatory cleaning in July and August.
Payment for cleaning on site if not included in the reservation.
Youth groups are not accepted.
