VV07 - Superb air-conditioned single-story 4-room villa with its large garden and private swimming pool located in a quiet street in Vias, a typically Mediterranean village located 2.5 km from the beaches.
This spacious single-story villa, ideally located just 2.5 km from the sea, will charm you with its generous proportions and peaceful atmosphere. Nestled in a residential area, it offers an intimate and welcoming setting, perfect for a relaxing stay.
The villa features a spacious, bright living space, opening onto a pleasant terrace and a fully fenced 350m2 garden, featuring an in-ground pool (4m x 7m and 1.50m deep), ideal for relaxing outdoors. In the low season, the pool can be heated for an additional fee to prolong the swimming pleasure.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, and everything you need for cooking. An adjoining laundry room with a washing machine is also available.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms, each equipped with a 140x190 bed and a large closet, as well as a spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink.
Enjoy a large enclosed garden, where the private pool is child-safe thanks to a roller shutter. Upon request, it can be heated before and during your stay for optimal comfort (contact us for more information).
The terrace, equipped with a pergola, invites you to enjoy your meals in the shade. A gas barbecue is available for your summer grilling. Finally, a designated area near the pool will allow you to play pétanque and share pleasant moments with family or friends.

The garden is fully fenced. You can easily drive your car into the plot or park several cars in front of the house.

Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.

By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €400 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €100 including tax.
