FA01 - In the quiet "Farinette" residence in Vias Plage, this elegant 37m² house will allow you to spend a pleasant family vacation.
Ideally located 400m from the Vias-plage shopping avenue and 600m from Vias beach.
It has a large terrace which will delight you with its calm and privacy.
Each bedroom has separate air conditioning as does the living room.
The accommodation is composed, on the ground floor, of a living room with a convertible sofa, a dining table, a fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.
Separate toilets are available on the ground floor and upstairs.
The accommodation has a bedroom upstairs with a double bed (140x200), a bedroom with two single beds (80x190) and a large convertible sofa in the living room on the ground floor.
A washing machine is available in the bathroom.
Its private terrace, ideally facing south, will allow you to fully enjoy our beautiful Mediterranean climate.

The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
A deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own bed and bath linens. If you prefer to have us prepare your beds, you can reserve bed and bath linen kits for €10 per person per stay.
The rental does not include cleaning fees and you are provided with a vacuum cleaner and everything you need for cleaning.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €90 including tax.
We categorically refuse youth groups.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
