Discover this charming, newly renovated house, ideal for stays with family or friends!
It is located in a quiet, family-friendly, and secure gated community. The beach is about 200 meters away via a pedestrian gate, and the main shopping street of Vias Plage is about 500 meters away.
The accommodation has been designed to offer comfort, space and privacy. It consists of two separate areas allowing each person to fully enjoy their stay.
The main house has a large, bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed and en suite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom with a 140cm double bed, a sofa bed and an en suite bathroom.
An independent space completes the accommodation and houses two additional bedrooms. Each has its own separate entrance from the outside, a double bed (140 cm) and a private bathroom with toilet, offering true independence.
👉 All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.
The outdoor spaces have been designed to allow you to fully enjoy your vacation. A fully equipped summer kitchen and a charcoal barbecue are perfect for sharing convivial meals. A large terrace with garden furniture, sheltered under a pergola, offers a pleasant space at any time of day.
The private swimming pool is surrounded by a large terrace, ideal for relaxation and sunbathing. A safety cover ensures children's safety. An outdoor shower is also available.
The house benefits from direct access to the beach on foot and provides easy access to the shops, restaurants and entertainment of Vias Plage. Parking is available directly in front of the house.
👉 For your arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service provides you with a welcome kit including tea towels and microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags and a bath mat, so that you can settle in comfortably as soon as you arrive.
👉 The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you directly to the accommodation for the handover of the keys and will remain available and reachable throughout your stay.

You can easily park in front of the house. The parking spaces in the residence are free and unassigned.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark, or even renting bicycles and the joy of riding along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coast.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from on-site parking. Numerous water sports are available on the different beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddleboarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking, and more. The accommodation is located near a multitude of restaurants, bars, and other shops.
The house is located in a quiet, family-friendly residential area.
By train: Vias train station is 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault region.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rent from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and bath kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Baby kit (travel cot + high chair) available for hire for €10 per stay
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of €250 including VAT.
Mandatory cleaning in July and August.
Cleaning fee payable on site if not included in the reservation.
Groups of young people are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
