SEAQUARIUM - Los Amigos II Residence - Come and enjoy a pleasant holiday in this renovated 21m² studio apartment on the 2nd floor. It comprises a living room with TV, air conditioning, and a sofa bed (140cm), opening onto a 5m² terrace with unobstructed views of the gardens and outdoor furniture. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, small refrigerator, stovetop, washing machine, and coffee maker. There is a sleeping alcove with a bunk bed (two 90cm beds). A bathroom with a toilet completes the accommodation. Pets are not allowed. Close to shops and the beach. Furnished and equipped for 4 people. Private parking space included.
OPTIONAL SERVICES:
- Bed linen kit: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover kit: €20 / Bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 duvet covers)

Two separate security deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
The keys are handed over at the agency.
