LEFT BANK – In the “Le Mireille” residence, facing the sea with access through the gate without having to cross a road, secure, private and numbered parking.
On the 3rd floor with elevator, renovated P3 of 62m² crossing, including a bright and spacious living room with a 140 cm sofa bed, air conditioning, a television and wifi opening onto an 8m² terrace facing southwest with a beautiful view of the Sea (Table and chairs). A fully equipped kitchen (Fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, hob) with a central island. Two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm double bed and the other with 2 single 90 cm beds and a 90 cm pull-out bed. A bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. Bicycle storage. Furnished and equipped for 6/7 people. Pets not allowed.
50m from the beach, 50m from a small shopping center (bakery, hairdresser, grocery store, bar, tobacconist, butcher). 800m from the town center and its shops.
OPTIONAL SERVICES:
- Sheet kit: €15/bed (flat sheets x2)
- Towel kit: €7 / Person
- Cleaning: €80 P3 (Excluding pet hair)
Two separate security deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 security deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
