A fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, hob), a large cabin with a 160 cm double bed at the entrance, a shower room and a separate toilet. Private and secure parking. Come and enjoy this beautiful apartment in the heart of the City Center, with all the water activities and shops nearby. Pets are not allowed. Furnished and equipped for 4 people.
