The apartment "La Croix du Sud" is located on the seafront of the left bank, an identity and emblematic place marking the entrance to the Fishing Port. Facing the sea, there is no better location to live the local life, to see the trawls going out to sea and coming back from fishing, to watch the small trades sort the fish and put their stalls in place. A wonderful place to live two minutes walk from all amenities and the beach.
The apartment La Croix DU SUD is comfortable and has two bedrooms, one with a bed of 160cm and one with a bed of 140cm, a living room with a breathtaking view of the sea, plus a fully equipped kitchenette. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the rooms provided. This apartment has a parking space reserved for any reservation made from March to November. The other months, parking is free of charge on the whole town of the GRAU DU ROI.

All without vis-à-vis, out of sight and close to all shops and the beach.. Are at your disposal all the necessary equipment for your greatest comfort, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge... as well as all the necessary utensils to prepare good small dishes.
The living room is pleasant, bathed in light, with a sofa bed, a TV and access to the terrace sea view.
Rest in one of the two cozy rooms with a refined decoration.
The apartment has a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Basic products supplied except condiments
A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged: €25 including VAT for a double bed (2 people) or €15 including VAT for a single bed (1 person).
