The Apartment
The apartment "L'Impérial 2" is located on Quai Colbert in Le Grau du Roi, a landmark and iconic place marking the entrance to the Fishing Port, directly opposite the old lighthouse, with a view of the sea. There is no better location to experience local life—watch the fishing boats head out to sea and return with their catch, see the local fishermen sorting the fish and setting up their stalls. This is a fantastic living space just two minutes’ walk from all the amenities and the beach.
L'Impérial 2 is a fully equipped apartment offering great comfort. It features two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed and one with a 140 cm double bed. The living room offers an unbeatable view of the old lighthouse, the canal, and the sea, along with a fully equipped kitchen corner. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
The apartment benefits from a reserved parking space. It is equipped with a TV, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
Everything is designed for your comfort, with no direct neighbors, away from prying eyes, yet within walking distance of all shops and the beach. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, and all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals.
The living area is light-filled and inviting, with a convertible sofa, TV, and air conditioning. Rest and relax in one of the two cozy bedrooms with a simple, clean design.
The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.
A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the booking.
