CITY CENTER - RIGHT BANK - 1-bedroom apartment in a small, ground-floor building with a parking space in the courtyard. Ideally located 20m from the sea and 450m from the city center. It comprises a bright living room with Wi-Fi and TV, a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, stovetop), a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and air conditioning, and a bathroom with toilet. Terrace overlooking the courtyard. Furnished and equipped for 4 people. Pets not allowed.
OPTIONAL SERVICES:
- Sheet kit: €15/bed (flat sheets x2)
- Fitted sheet kit: €20 / bed (2 flat sheets + 1 fitted sheet)

Two separate security deposit checks or credit card imprints are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
The keys are handed over at the agency.
