RP03 - This pleasant air-conditioned apartment is located in a gated residence with a communal seasonal swimming pool and pétanque courts.
This 45 m² apartment, fully air-conditioned, is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of the Résidence de la Plage. Situated directly on the seafront, it boasts exceptional views of the Mediterranean Sea and the residence's swimming pool. A prime location for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms:
– A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm)
– A second bedroom with a sofa bed (140 cm sleeping area)
Each room has a large wardrobe and is equipped with duvets and pillows.
The bright living area includes a lounge with sofa and television, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a washing machine and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate for added convenience.
The living room opens onto a furnished balcony with a dining area facing the sea, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors.
The accommodation is entirely located on a single level and equipped with air conditioning to guarantee optimal comfort in all seasons.
The residence offers a communal swimming pool open from May 7th to September 29th. A lifeguard is present daily from July 13th to August 18th. You will also have access to a secure bicycle storage area, a charcoal barbecue in the communal areas, and a pétanque court.
A private parking space is allocated to the accommodation within the residence.
Ideally located, the apartment is just 100 meters from the shopping avenue with its boutiques, restaurants, and entertainment. Everything is within walking distance for a simple and convenient holiday.

👉 A welcome kit is provided upon arrival (dish towels, microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags and a bath mat) to help you settle in comfortably upon arrival.
👉 A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an option for €10 per stay.
The accommodation includes a private and numbered parking space in the heart of the residence.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark, or even renting bicycles and the joy of riding along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coast.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from on-site parking. Numerous water sports are available on the different beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddleboarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking, and more. The accommodation is located near a multitude of restaurants, bars, and other shops.
The apartment is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully enclosed. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault region.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rent from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and bath kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an option for €10 per stay, ideal for travelling light with a young child.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of €60 including VAT.
