The Bastide district is a former industrial area experiencing an economic revival thanks to various development projects. Facing the Garonne River and the Place de la Bourse, you'll find the former Orléans train station, now home to a large cinema. Nearby, the European University of Management and the Parc des Berges and the Botanical Garden offer ample green space, just a short walk away. This new promenade allows you to admire the Tourny façade built along the left bank quays.
