The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a heated towel rail. The apartment also features reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort throughout the year.
A €350 bank imprint will be required as part of your rental. This imprint, which takes the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly, is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival at the property.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged, and it does not impact your bank card's usage limits. You will only have to pay a service fee of €3.30.

Check-in is normally from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., however, later check-in is possible upon request, with a supplement of €10 per additional hour.

Street parking is free only between 7 p.m. and 9 a.m., as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
The apartment does not have parking. The public parking lot "Clémenceau-Auditorium" is located 100 meters from the apartment. Rates vary depending on the duration, with a daily rate available.
