You're staying in the center of Bordeaux, close to the famous Museum of Contemporary Art (CAPC), the magnificent quays, and the Garonne River. Tram B is right in front of your apartment, allowing you to explore this magnificent city in peace and quiet.

Apartment equipped with hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Household linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels) and the beds are made upon your arrival.
A bank imprint of €750 will be required as part of the rental. This imprint, which takes the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly, is mandatory and must be completed before arrival at the property.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged, and it does not impact your bank card's usage limits. You will only have to pay a service fee of €8.50.

Check-in is normally from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., however, later check-in is possible upon request, with a supplement of €10 per additional hour.
