HOUSING
Bright and comfortable 75 m² apartment with air conditioning located in the heart of Bordeaux's famous Golden Triangle.
The bright and spacious living room will welcome you for moments of conviviality, during which you can enjoy a bright patio and balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen, with its spacious worktop, will allow you to cook just like at home, with all the necessary equipment. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, and toaster.
A bathroom with shower and double sink, as well as 2 bedrooms make up the sleeping area of the apartment.
The bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm) and the second has two single beds (90 cm).
You will be staying in the historic heart of the city of Bordeaux, and will be able to benefit from all the good addresses and places of interest in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
A "Minut" noise detector is present on site.
CAUTION
A €500 bank imprint will be required as part of the rental. This imprint, which takes the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly, is mandatory and must be completed before arrival at the property.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged, and it does not impact your bank card's usage limits. You will only have to pay a service fee of €6.24.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

Check-in is normally from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., however, later check-ins are possible upon request, with a supplement of 10 euros per additional hour.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
From Mérignac Airport:
Take tram A or bus 1 from the Mérignac Aéroport stop to the Gambetta Mériadeck stop and walk for 5 minutes.
From Saint Jean Station:
Take tram line C or D from the Gare St Jean stop to Quinconces and walk for 7 minutes.
To park your car, street parking is free only from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. and on Sundays and public holidays.
The apartment does not have parking, the public parking "Grands Hommes" is located 500 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking is €20 per day.
