Nicolas is an apartment Quiet and bright apartment located on the 3rd and top floor of a classic 18th century Bordeaux building halfway between the Jardin Public and the historic Chartrons district renowned for its antique shops, boutiques and many lively restaurants.
The building is ideally located at the foot of the tram line and very close to the Place des Quinconces public transport hub, providing easy access to the entire Bordeaux metropolitan area. This old building does not have an elevator.
Inspiration
The charm of this attic apartment was combined with a sober decoration enhanced by the vibrant colors of the works of the Russian-born painter Nicolas de Staël. A chic, attractive, and harmonious neighborhood with elegant buildings, luxury boutiques, performance halls, and some of the best restaurants in Bordeaux. On one side, the neighborhood is bordered by the Cours de l'Intendance, the Cours Georges-Clémenceau, and the Cours Xavier-Arnozan, the famous Golden Triangle with beautiful views of the Place de la Comédie, the Place Tourny, the Place des Quinconces, and the Grand Théâtre.
