A wonderful Andalusian-style villa with fantastic outdoor facilities such as a private heated pool and jacuzzi, just a short distance from a beautiful beach. The villa can accommodate 12 people.
This exceptional villa with 4 double bedrooms + 1 family room with 2 independent en-suite rooms for 4 people, 4 bathrooms and a guest toilet is located 250 meters from the Santa Maria Golf Club and less than 2 km from the beach. It can accommodate a total of 12 people.
This villa is one of a kind. A typically Andalusian construction with an entrance and outdoor terrace decorated with pebbles. The villa features a heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi. For winter rentals, the property is equipped with underfloor heating throughout. This is a highly sought-after feature as winter nights can be chilly during the low season.
