A stunning colonial-style villa just a short distance from a stunning beach. A private heated pool and a comfortable outdoor garden house.
This unique villa is located in a quiet residential area very close to the beach. It has 6 bedrooms, one of which is a separate guest area connected to the villa.
Of the 6 bedrooms, 4 of them have an en-suite bathroom and 1 shared bathroom.
The exterior entrance area has the typical Andalusian pebble stone decoration.
The owner's decorating skills have made the entire property a wonderful, upscale vacation home.
Upon entering the villa through a period wooden door, the villa presents itself with high ceilings. The spacious hallway provides access to a guest toilet, the dining room, the interior, the kitchen, and four bedrooms on the ground floor. The fifth (master bedroom) and sixth bedroom are located on the floor.
The spacious living room opens onto a large covered terrace with a fantastic outdoor atmosphere. The pictures speak for themselves. The outdoor dining area for 12 people is complemented by a large barbecue, and a comfortable lounge provides the perfect setting for the evening.
The lush garden is southwest facing with a large swimming pool and pool house with sofa and 6 sun loungers.
Next to the living area is an adjoining indoor dining room, with direct access to the terrace.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast area.
The ground floor offers 8 beds:
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom with double sink, bath and toilet. Has its own exit to the northwest.
Bedroom 2 shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3. The bathroom has a double sink, a bathtub, and a toilet. These rooms have direct access to the garden and pool.
Rooms 1, 2 and 3 have a total of 6 single beds.
Bedroom 4 (guest room) with double bed and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The floor offers 4 beds:
Master bedroom 5th bedroom and bedroom 6 with shared bathroom, bath, shower, bidet, toilet and double sink.
From the master bedroom there is direct access to a spacious terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It has a living room and 2 sun loungers.

Baby bed and high chair:
We would like to inform you that we are happy to provide a baby bed and a high chair for you. The price for one week is 30 euros. For two weeks, 50 euros includes sheets. Ask at the office.
Change sheets and towels:
If you require fresh sheets and towels during your stay, please let us know when you make your reservation. The price is 10 euros per person. A minimum of 6 sets is required. Ask at the desk.
