Family house for 8 people, with terrace, barbecue, veranda, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
House located in a quiet area 100m from the beach! Rated 2 stars.
Charming family home, equipped and furnished for 8 people, with exterior and parking space.
Ideal house to enjoy a vacation with family or friends.
Outdoor courtyard at the front of the house with a barbecue.
On the ground floor, you have the dining area which is composed of a large table, this space gives access to the living room and the kitchen. (Fridge freezer, Tassimo coffee maker and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, mini-oven, dishwasher). This one is fully equipped and crosses between the living room and the veranda. You have a large living room with TV corner, 2 large bedrooms with beds for 2 people each (1 with a 140cm bed and the other 160cm), as well as a bathroom and a toilet.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with 2 single beds, then a master bedroom with a 160cm double bed, storage, with direct access to a solarium and a bathroom.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or checks).
