The owner's note, Lola

This pretty holiday home of approximately 102 m² is ideally located by the sea, in a quiet area of the resort.
It is composed on the ground floor of a fitted kitchen open to the dining room, a lounge area, a children's bedroom (sofa bed) with shower room and a separate toilet.
From the main room, you access a large room of 27 m² fitted out as an outdoor lounge (sofa, table, chairs, deckchairs) opening onto a terrace, sea side, where a gate will give you direct access to the beach (pedestrian access, no cars).
Upstairs, 3 beautiful bedrooms (including 2 with connecting balconies and sea views), a bathroom and a relaxation or reading area (access staircase a little steep)
Air conditioning in all rooms and on the ground floor, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, etc.
Possibility of parking one vehicle in the courtyard (street side) and another in front of the gate, on the street.
The beach is 30 meters away and the resort center with shops and entertainment is 1 kilometer away.
The 3 bedrooms upstairs have 140/190 beds
The ground floor bedroom is equipped with a 140cm sofa bed (ideal for children)
