The owner's note, Lola

In a residence with swimming pool and tennis court 900 m from the beaches.
Our cottage is composed of a living room with a kitchen area equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, mini oven, washing machine, small dishwasher, sofa bed, television and air conditioning.
Bedroom with 140 cm bed and wardrobe, mezzanine with 140 cm bed and wardrobe.
Shower room with shower, toilet, sink, terrace with garden furniture, plancha.
Wifi and air conditioning in the house!
The residence is located on the heights of Saint Pierre La Mer, 900 m from the shops and 900 m from the sea. It has a swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September. A tennis court is also available upon reservation.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or checks).
We are approved by Holiday Vouchers.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Tourist tax is extra.
Keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the summer season.
