Magnificent 40 square meter accommodation located in Saint Pierre la Mer.
ArrayIt can accommodate up to 6 people. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay all year round.
The accommodation is ideally located close to the sea.

This small villa includes:
* Ground floor:
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a shower room
- and a living room.
- Upstairs on the mezzanine:
- a bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed and a baby bed;
- and a bedroom with a double bed.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Television, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Griddle, Heating, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Iron, Kettle, Toaster, Board games, High chair etc.
Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost. Professional cleaning is performed before and after each guest.
The accommodation is located:
- a stone's throw from the beach;
- close to cycle paths for hiking (on foot or by bike);
- 4 minutes by car (19 minutes on foot) from the Rocher de Saint-Pierre-sur-Mer
- and 13 minutes by car from the center of Fleury.
Open-air market every morning and night market every evening, there is a funfair every summer located nearby.
Various bars and restaurants are located near the accommodation.

Fleury is a seaside commune that extends over more than 5,000 hectares and includes three village entities: the wine-growing village of Fleury, the seaside resort of Saint Pierre la Mer, and the fishing and marina of Les Cabanes de Fleury. The commune offers a wide variety of landscapes: 3,000 hectares of scrubland, 6 kilometers of fine sandy beach and the Aude River, which crosses the territory for 9 km before flowing into the Mediterranean, 1,000 hectares of vineyards, 1,000 hectares of marshes, ponds, and wetlands.
