Charming family house in Saint Pierre La Mer, 200m from the beach, equipped and furnished for 10 people, fully air-conditioned, exterior and parking.
Ideal house to enjoy a vacation with family or friends, renovated to modern tastes.
Exterior courtyard at the front of the house with a parking space followed by a veranda at the entrance.
Fully equipped kitchen, open to a large living room with TV corner and dining area, direct access to a spacious courtyard at the back of the house with barbecue and outdoor furniture.
Shower room on the ground floor and separate toilet.
Still on the ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), with storage, cupboards and windows.
Upstairs, a second separate toilet, a master bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) + a baby bed and a dressing room. Another bedroom has two bunk beds as well as a single bed + storage. Last bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), storage and direct access to a solarium.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or checks).

Keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the summer season.
