Welcome to VILLA SYLVA:
This villa benefits from a vast outdoor space of approximately 1,500 m², with a private 5 x 3 m salt water pool and a lovely terrace equipped with a shaded outdoor dining area and an electric griddle, ideal for enjoying the sun and sharing meals with family or friends.
The villa has parking spaces for at least two vehicles within the property grounds, as well as additional spaces in front of the gate.
On the main level, a living/dining room with a ceiling fan, open to the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, gas range with two electric ovens, combination refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee maker...
On a split level, the sleeping area comprises three bedrooms:
A room with a bunk bed
A bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe
A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe
A bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet, complete this level.
On the garden level, you will find an additional space including:
