This lovely villa boasts a large garden and a beautiful private saltwater swimming pool (12 x 6 m), ideal for making the most of sunny days. An outdoor shower and a toilet complete the poolside amenities for added comfort.
The living room opens onto a furnished terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor dining table, perfect for sharing meals outdoors with family or friends, while enjoying a commanding view of the pool area.
Inside, on the main level, you will find a bright and inviting air-conditioned living/dining room. A separate, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee maker, etc.) completes this living space.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), as well as a shower room and a toilet.
