A bedroom with 2 twin beds (80*200), private shower room and toilet, storage, air conditioning, direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, sea view.
An independent air-conditioned bedroom, offering 4 single bunk beds (90*190), a bathroom with toilet and direct access to the garden, the terrace and the swimming pool, sea view.
On level 1, two double bedrooms:
A double bedroom with 1 kingsize bed (180*200), storage, air conditioning, private terrace, superb sea and swimming pool view.
A double bedroom with 2 twin beds (80*200), storage, private terrace, superb sea and swimming pool view.
A bathroom/shower, a separate toilet.
At your disposal, two garages, parking for two vehicles possible within the grounds of the villa as well as outside the villa.
Swimming pool (8x5M) heated and balanced at 25 degrees, salt treatment, secured by an alarm.

To be paid on site: Security deposit €2000 (by credit card, not debited) tourist tax (according to current rates).
Bed linen provided and beds made up for your arrival, bath linen provided, weekly cleaning and end of stay cleaning included.
