The stunning sandy beaches of Argentière, Cabasson, and Estagnol are just minutes away. Just a few kilometers from Hyères, Bormes-les-Mimosas, Le Lavandou, Saint-Tropez, and the Castellet circuit, this property is also a short distance away.
For golf enthusiasts, the course tees off 2 kilometers from the villa.

Welcome to Villa ELODIE, approximately 190 m² in size, featuring 5 bedrooms that can accommodate 10 people, a swimming pool, several terraces, and a Mediterranean garden. It is spacious and offers plenty of space to enjoy your vacation.
On 2 levels, it includes:
Ground floor: a spacious air-conditioned living/dining room opening onto a very large shaded terrace (80m2) with a view of the hills and the Cap des Mèdes on the island of Porquerolles, with a lounge area, hammock, armchair, and large table that can accommodate guests in the shade all day long. The swimming pool is located in the continuation of the terrace. A separate and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, American fridge, filter coffee maker...), a master bedroom with a Queensize bed (160*200), shower room and terrace access. A separate toilet.
Upstairs:

A fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed (160*200), a shower room with WC and a beautiful private terrace (sea view).

A large private swimming pool equipped with deckchairs, sun loungers, and a parasol. A shower room with toilet is accessible from the pool deck. It is secured by an alarm and separated from the terrace by a gate with a secure opening portico.
The house is set on a 4000 m² enclosed plot, ensuring a beautiful tranquility. The surroundings of the villa are landscaped with a Mediterranean garden (automatic drip irrigation) which extends into an oak grove typical of the Maures massif.
At your disposal: fiber Wi-Fi with repeaters, TV with Chromecast, Le Marquier gas grill, garden tables and furniture, Bluetooth speaker, washing machine... You will have a very pleasant, peaceful stay.
The villa is secured by an automatic gate, and several vehicles can park within the grounds.
