This quiet, sunny, 1970s residence is spread over 4 floors, offering beautiful west and south views. Free, uncovered communal parking is available below the residence. Access is via stairs. The slopes are approximately 300 meters away, and shops are nearby (sports shops and a mini-market).

Rented for 4 people, it is composed of an entrance with a sleeping area equipped with two bunk beds, a shower room with toilet, a kitchen area opening onto a living room with a convertible sofa (comb bed).
The apartment faces west and has a balcony offering a beautiful view of the valley.
Amenities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, mini oven, induction hob. Television. Rented with a ski locker. Paid Wi-Fi available at the agency upon reservation.

A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be issued without a deposit.
INFORMATION: Furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress covers must not be removed from beds and must be left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge debited from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress cover, €300 for the replacement of furniture.
