This quiet, sunny, 1970s residence features four floors and offers beautiful views. Free, uncovered communal parking is available below the residence. Access is via stairs. The slopes are approximately 200 meters away, and shops are nearby (sports shops and a mini-market).
Fully renovated apartment of approximately 46m2, comprising a living room with kitchenette opening onto a double south-facing balcony, a bedroom with double bed also opening onto the balcony, 1 sleeping area separated by a curtain and another separated by a door, a bathroom and a shower room.
This property is located approximately 200 meters from the slopes and a staircase provides access to the residence.
Amenities: Dishwasher, family refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine. Television. Rented with two ski lockers. Paid Wi-Fi available at the agency upon reservation.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 2x2 bunk beds (recommended for children aged 6 and over only)
Sanitary facilities: A bathroom with bathtub and a shower room with WC and a separate WC.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. Reservations are not possible.
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You can book your ski lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
You will receive a Swikly link approximately ten days before your arrival to deposit your security deposit by credit card. This deposit must be paid before your arrival. No keys will be released without a deposit.
INFORMATION: Furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge debited from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the replacement of the furniture.
