Residence close to both the slopes (30 meters) and the center of Vallandy, consisting of 56 apartments and 4 floors. The apartments on the upper floors and facing west enjoy a beautiful unobstructed view of the valley.
The residence is equipped with an elevator and there is a communal parking lot in the immediate vicinity.
Small, standard studio of 18.50m², close to the slopes and shops. STANDARD.
Rented for 2 to 4 people, the apartment is equipped with an entrance with two bunk beds, a kitchen area opening onto a living room with a bench seat + pull-out bed and a shower room with toilet.
Equipment: Refrigerator, mini oven, electric hob. Television.
Rented with a ski locker. Paid Wi-Fi available at the agency upon reservation.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 set of trundle beds, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)
Sanitary facilities: a shower room with toilet
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.
Practical: Please note that sheets and towels are not included, but you can order them as an extra.
You can book your ski lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be issued without a deposit.
INFORMATION: Furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress covers must not be removed from beds and must be left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge debited from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress cover, €300 for the replacement of furniture.
