Magnificent 120m² apartment consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and one with 2 bunk beds and 1 pull-out bed (no window), a bathroom with bath/shower and 2 separate WCs and a shower room, a large living room with sofa and armchair and equipped kitchen, opening onto a west-facing terrace offering a beautiful valley view.
Amenities: Oven, microwave, dishwasher, family refrigerator, 3 induction hobs, Televisions, washing machine and dryer, Rented with a ski locker.
Ski locker no. 5 and covered parking space no. 5.
Sleeping arrangements: 2 double beds, 2 bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 pull-out bed
Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 2 separate toilets.
Practical information: bed linen and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for 7-night stays in winter (excluding summer and short stays). You can also book your ski lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for cleaning all fabrics due to odor
