This 1970s residence comprises approximately forty apartments. It is located close to the slopes, sports shops, and mini-markets. The main entrance is on level 3, and there is no elevator. The west-facing apartments offer a beautiful, unobstructed view of the valley.
In Plan Peisey, very close to the ski slopes and shops, this studio of approximately 22m² is ideally located.
Rented for 4 people, it consists of an entrance with 2 bunk beds, a kitchen area opening onto a living room with a sofa bed, a shower room with toilet and a pleasant sunny balcony offering a lovely unobstructed view to the west.
Equipment: Refrigerator, combination oven/microwave, electric hobs. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 sofa bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old).
Sanitary facilities: a shower room with toilet
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.
Practical information: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for 7-night stays in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You can also book your ski lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
