The owner's note, Lola

This small residence is located on the edge of the slopes (ski-in and ski-out). It consists of 4 floors with an elevator, and the apartments offer beautiful views of the slopes. A pedestrian path near the building allows you to reach the resort center and shops in 5 minutes on foot. There is also a shuttle bus stop near the residence. There is roadside parking 5 minutes away. However, you can park in front of the residence for unloading only.
Comfortable apartment of approximately 50m2, located in a residence on the edge of the slopes, offering direct access to the ski area.
It is composed of an entrance with storage, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed with direct access to the balcony, a second bedroom with a 120cm double bed, a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
The kitchen opens onto a cozy living room with a corner sofa and a large table that can comfortably seat 6 people.
The apartment faces south/west and has a furnished balcony (table + chairs) so that you can fully enjoy your stay and a beautiful view of the slopes and the BELLECOTE massif and the Versant du Soleil.
Amenities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, mini-oven. Television. Rented with a ski locker. Paid Wi-Fi available at the agency upon reservation.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed (140cm), 1 double bed (120cm), 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)
Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate WC
Free public outdoor parking nearby. Reservations are not possible.
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You can book your ski lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
You will receive a Swikly link approximately ten days before your arrival to deposit your security deposit by credit card. This deposit must be paid before your arrival. No keys will be released without a deposit.
INFORMATION: Furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from beds and must be left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge debited from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the replacement of furniture.
