The owner's note, Lola
This condominium, located near the slopes, is less than a 5-minute walk from shops. There is an upper entrance where you can park to unload your luggage and a lower entrance providing quick access to the shops. A free, covered municipal car park is located opposite the condominium, less than 100 meters away. The slopes are easily accessible and very close (approximately 50 meters). There are several levels of ski lockers, and access instructions will be provided upon arrival.
Rated ** apartment, 19.5m², in a residence close to the slopes and shops. Rented for 4 people, the apartment consists of an entrance with storage, a sleeping area with two bunk beds, a bathroom with separate WC, a kitchenette opening onto a living room equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people.
The apartment faces southwest and also has a balcony. Beautiful view of the valley and mountains.
Amenities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, mini oven, electric stovetop. Television. Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 sofa bed, 2 bunk beds (recommended for children aged 6 and over).
Bathroom facilities: A bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.
Practical information: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights or more in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You can also book your ski lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
