The owner's note, Lola
The four-story Neige et Soleil residence, without an elevator, is located in the Soleil district of Plan-Peisey, next to shops. This 1980s building has an entrance 50 meters from the road and an external staircase. It features southwest-facing facades and beautiful panoramic views. The ski slopes and ski school are 200 meters away.
A free, uncovered municipal car park is about 200 metres away and there are a few roadside parking spaces near the building.
3-room apartment + 2 sleeping areas of approximately 70m², located on the 4th floor without elevator in a residence close to the slopes and shops.
Rented for 8 people, it consists of two sleeping areas, one with two single beds and separated from the living room by a curtain and the other with bunk beds separated from the living room by a door, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140 cm) one of which has a balcony, a bathroom with separate toilet, a shower room with sink, a kitchen open to the living room with lounge/TV area (without sleeping space).
The apartment faces South/West/North and has a furnished balcony (table + chairs) and is sunny, offering a beautiful view of the valley.
Amenities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, electric stovetop. Washing machine. Television. Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 2 double beds (140cm), 2 single beds, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)
Sanitary facilities: a bathroom, a shower room, a separate toilet.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.
Practical information: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights or more in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You can also book your ski lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds, which must be left clean. The beds must be made properly, with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for cleaning all fabrics due to odor
